Hi Michael…I fear your list is low on cardio respiratory fitness. Swimming is good for CR training, but the others don’t improve VO2Max or heart strength like running, rowing or biking. Just wondering if there is a logic I might be missing…? Thanks!! I always enjoy your articles.
