I’ve always been a person to go to sleep fast. For me, having a regular exercise routine, not too close to bedtime has helped.

Also, when I spend a lot of time on my computer during the day, even when I take an hour off before bedtime, I still have a harder time sleeping. It is better when I take more breaks from staring at my screen…
