While a skeptic about non scientifically based medical theories, I’ve had success using chiropractic when my SI joint feels “out.” I feel great when I’ve had an adjustment. My only issue is that addressing the skeletal frame is only one side of a larger picture. Without massage and/or stretching muscles, I find the alignment doesn’t stick.
